Join us for a night of fun and fundraising for Meals on Wheels!

Meals on Wheels Yolo County (MOW Yolo) is the only provider of fully-prepared meals for food insecure, isolated seniors in Yolo County, now nourishing 1,000 aging adults daily representing 250% growth in the past 2.5 years. Operating from two institutional meal production facilities in Woodland and in Winters, MOW Yolo is pursuing strategic goals to nourish more than double the seniors served currently over the next three years in the face of 20% food insecurity amongst the area’s elderly.  Inspired by the “Eat Well, Age Well” initiative, MOW Yolo strives to support these seniors as they age in place with fresh and local meal ingredients, medically-tailored meals, “Café Yolo” social dining locations, and expanded rural meals access now including all communities and the Madison and Davis Migrant Centers.  Thanks to MOW Yolo’s nearly 50 years of community service made possible by thousands of donors, volunteers, and public funders, Yolo County seniors can enjoy an inviable quality of life and healthier outcomes.
